ご質問頂きました鍼灸師の中村です。

では下に書かれている内容を一つ一つ考えてみましょう。

これは、もっとも多いケースとしては「こり」ですが、肋間神経痛などの場合があります。どちらにしても多くの場合、鍼灸で改善が期待できます。

> ・湿度の高い時に左膝（手術歴あり）が痛む。

どういった手術をされたのかによります。
関節置換術のような大きな手術から、Scopy Opeと呼ばれる内視鏡手術まで。また、何のために手術されたのか、とか、ともかく膝の痛みは千差万別ですので、とりあえず診察しないと何とも言えませんが、多くの場合は、何らかの効果があります。

> ・ここ1〜2ヶ月間左目に常に黒い点が見える。

これは眼科に行って頂いた方がよろしいかと思います。
こういった場合、眼球の中の硝子体に、不純物が混入して、それが網膜に黒い陰を落とす、いわゆる飛蚊症ではないかと思われます。

もし、そうならば、さほど心配することは無い場合が多いのですが、一度検査も必要と思います。

もし、かかりつけの眼科がない場合、私の懇意にしている眼科がありますので、ご紹介します。女性の気さくな先生です。

以上、各項目別に書かせて頂きましたが、これくらいいろんな症状をお持ちですと、さぞかし大変でしょう。ご推察申し上げます。ただ、これらの症状を一つ一つ解決するのも一つの方法ですが、もう少し、体質改善や耐久力強化、といった根本的な方法の方が、時間はかかっても、結果として良かったと思えるかも知れませんね。

鬱に関しては、当方は精神分析の経験者でありますが、なにせプロフェッショナルではないので、お引き受けいたしかねます。芳しくなければ、○○○の××大学心理療法センター（正式名称は？？ですが）を勧めています。

鍼に全く痛みが伴わないとは言えません。しかしながら、治療の経験のない方々が想像される「裁縫針を指先に刺した痛み」や「注射針の痛み」のような物とは比べ物にならないくらい僅かな物です。それは針先の形状が、それらとは異なり、痛みを極力起こさないような形をしているからです。それに加えて、我々鍼灸師は出来るだけ苦痛を伴わないように行う技術を持っていますので、ご安心下さい。小学生でも、十分受けられる程度の刺激です。また出血、時に内出血はまれに起こりますが、仮に起こったとしてもごく僅かです。

さて、腰痛についてですが、慢性的な腰痛ですね。つらそうですね。
こういった症状には勿論鍼治療が有効なことが多いので、もし事情が許すなら、通院できそうな範囲の鍼灸院に電話などで問い合わせてみられてはいかがでしょうか。
腰痛の方で効果がない場合は、本当にごく稀です。ほとんど100％といっても良いくらい、何らかの効果が期待できると思います

4／肩こりからくる様々な症状に関するご質問

さっそくご質問にお答えしたいと思います。
コンピューター関係のお仕事とのこと、さぞやおつらいでしょう。
私も何時間かＰＣに向かうと、結構つらい時がありますが、私などと違って、それが本職なら、逃げることもできず、大変でしょうね。肩こりは、生活習慣などが大きく関わるために、楽になっても、悪影響を及ぼす仕事や生活環境が変わらない限り、再び凝ってくる、というのがパターンです。
はり治療が今受けておられる「整体」に比べてどれくらい効果があるかはわかりません。しかし、肩こりやストレスから来る頭痛などに対しては、かなり効果が持続する例が大変多くあります。
例えば、それがつらくて辞表まで用意しておられた方が、
「肩は多少凝っても頭痛が完全になくなった」と、
元気に仕事を続けることができるようになったり、
「肩こりと頭痛で勉強がまったく手に着かない」受験生が、
ハリで完全に治って、見事志望校に合格されたりと、
肩こりから来る他のひどい症状に対しては、はっきりと根治の例が多くあります。
もちろん○○さまを見るまえに、的確な診断はできませんし、他の体調不良が原因の場合もあるので、
それも見せていただかないと何とも言えない部分がありますが、同様の症状で良くなられた方が沢山おられることは確かです。さて、治療費の方ですが、一般的には
初診料　1500円、治療費　5000円となっております。これには専門スタッフによる15分〜30分（必要に応じて）のマッサージ（ストレッチや矯正）も含みます。

吐き気に対しては、鍼治療がしばしば有効です。特に仰っているような症状で歯科医にかかれない方は、当針療所のＨＰにもあるように、高率の改善結果が報告されています。
歯科医の方でも、治療時にツボ刺激を採用しているところもあるときいています。それはとりもなおさず、ツボの刺激が歯科医に仕事をさせやすくするからでしょう。さらに、頂いたメールを読んだ直後には、私の頭の中で、おおかたの治療方針が想定されています。肩こりに関しては、はっきり言って鍼治療で効果がありますが、一度楽になったからといって、一生肩こりから解放される場合は、残念ながら少ないのが現状です。日常生活や仕事から来るストレスなどが複雑に影響を及ぼすことは、もちろん経験されているとおりです。ただ、あまりに劣悪な症状（肩こりから来る頭痛、歯痛、吐き気、発熱）に関しては、根治の例が数多く存在します。また、鍼治療に関して不安をお持ちとのことですね。当然でしょう。

I would like to answer to your questions.
First, about the pain in your side. I can't diagnose as something without seeing you but can say about common disease causes pain in a side.
One is the pain from muscles which became tight or stiff.
Another is the neuralgia between the ribs called .
Anyway acupuncture will make effects on both problems.
Of course, you must be attentive to the pain from your abdomen but it is rather rare. When you see me I can tell you the pain from muscle injuries or neuralgia from the one from abdomen.
Second, diabetes is very common disease which is well known. And acupuncture may work well as the case may be.

Dear Sir,

Thank you so much for making information avaivable in English.

I have 2 problems,

1. I live in south Osaka, so I hope you do treatment in Osaka as well.

2. Bad Breath. Since I was a little boy I have had bad breath, my parents tryed different medical cures but nothing helped, and when I grew older I went to many differents doctors, but many of them didnt took me seriously.
I brush my teeth just like everybody else and etc, but I always have a bad taste in my mouth and I have had a lot of mental problems because of that ( in the School, job, girlfriends and friends) My own study is that it surely comes from my stomach and acid, if I eat creamy product I will develope a smell just like butteracids , that's the worst but from I get up til I go to bed, I always have to have some kind of candy or chewinggum in my mouth I always get this Moon landscape on my tongue and even I close my mouth the smell will come out from my nose.
Of course I learned to live with ( but It still a big problem for me) but now I got a beautiful daughter 3yo and she got the same thing and the same smell, so I`m ready to do anything to help her not to go through the same thing as me, so I wonder If you have any experience in this problem ? And I was thinking to try on me first, so if it help I will bring her to.

I relly hope you can help me and my daughter or if not maybe you can recommend somebody.

About a question you asked me yesterday, to put it shortly it doesn't matter but I would like to add that I had to tell then.

It depends on the relation of the increasing rate of the hormone included in urine and the sensitivity of the reagent.

There was a negative result at 4 weeks after your insemination, then the concentration of the hormon was too low to make the test react.

The test must be held twice in such a case absolutely.
This is the common in use of especialy the test.
And your case is so common.

So I think there must be an explanation about how to use the test: " you have to check the second test when first one was negative!"
or
" You should better check the second more than one week after the first one."

Could you recognize enoughly?

except holidays and Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.

It costs 6500 yen for first treatment, after that it costs 5000 yen for every treatment. And both includes SHIATSU-massage.
Whether your insurance can recover the treatments depends on the company.
For instance, public health insurance can recover only about 1300 yen but some insurance of private companies seems to cover perfectly.

I recomend that you should ask your insurance company about the procedure for covering the acupuncture treatments.

In fact, as the result of asking the company, an Australian female who was working at NOVA could get the total amount of treatments from the company.
She was very very pleased at it !!
In both of them, public and private one, you must come and receive the paper, which is called "the paper of agreements for acupuncture treatments",
from me and you must go to see your doctor and ask him to fill the forms.

I found your address in a websearch, as I'm hoping to find out about acupuncturists in the Uji (anywhere between Kyoto & Nara) area. My apologies for writing in English; I can understand & speak non-technical
Japanese to some extent, but read & write it like a 3rd-grader at best.

I had surgery (a metal rod and screw inserted) in eary July for a broken humerus (outer upper-arm bone) and am now in rehabilitation. I still have pain and limited movement. My surgeon says acupunture does help pain, but says there's not enough evidence to show that it helps grow new bone tissue.
For me, help with the pain would already be a great thing; the bone seems to be growing anyway. The doctor also says (reasonably, I believe) that there's danger of infection unless the needles are for use on a single
occasion only, but that most younger acupuncturists understand and follow that practice.

I would appreciate it very much if you could please advise me about good acupuncturists near Uji.

humerus at the end of August? I have persistent low-level pain, which occasionally becomes acute (as when the rehabilitation goes a bit too far too fast, and also almost every night at bedtime, as I try to get comfortable).
